Senior Commercial Counsel

My client is looking for an experienced Senior Commercial Counsel to join its strong legal team within a fast-growing international technology real estate business.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting the company's continued growth, providing strategic legal advice across a broad range of complex commercial projects that directly drive revenue and business success.

  • Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will negotiate and advise on high value commercial agreements, identify and mitigate legal risk, and deliver pragmatic, commercially focused solutions that support the business's strategic objectives.

Profile

  • Qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
  • Strong commercial legal experience, ideally gained within an in-house environment
  • Real estate sector experience is advantageous but not essential
  • Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
