Electrical Commissioning Project Lead

Global Commissioning is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Senior Commissioning Manager to join our expanding team in London.
This is an exciting opportunity to take a leading role on some of the world's most advanced data centre projects, managing commissioning activities from planning and design review through to testing, validation, and client handover.
What you'll be doing:
- Leading commissioning activities across complex MEP systems
- Managing commissioning engineers, subcontractors, and project teams
- Driving programme delivery, quality, and safety performance
- Building strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Reviewing designs and identifying value engineering opportunities
- Producing commissioning plans, test scripts, reports, and documentation

What we're looking for:
- Proven Data Centre Commissioning experience
- Strong MEP commissioning background (Electrical or Mechanical)
- Previous M&E Project Management experience
- Experience leading teams on large-scale projects
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across fast-paced, mission-critical environments
Qualifications:
- Relevant Electrical or Mechanical qualification
- CSCS / ECS / Safe Pass / SMSTS
- Degree qualified and/or Prince2 preferred
