About the role
As a Senior Communications and Engagement Executive, you will play a key role in shaping and amplifying Informed's voice across the sectors and communities we operate in. Working as part of a growing communications and engagement team, you will support the development and delivery of strategic communications, marketing campaigns, stakeholder engagement initiatives, and corporate social value activity that strengthen our brand and reputation.
This is an exciting opportunity in an organisation which is growing at pace both within the UK and internationally (ASEAN and Australia). We are looking for an ambitious communications professional who is passionate about creating meaningful engagement, building strong relationships, and delivering impactful content that reflects our values and purpose. You will work closely with colleagues across the business, including senior stakeholders, to develop compelling messaging, engaging marketing materials, and communications campaigns that support wider business objectives.
The role will involve identifying opportunities to grow and strengthen relationships across industry sectors, partner organisations, and local communities, while also helping to communicate and crucially deliver positive social value impact for Informed. You will contribute to the planning, coordination, and execution of internal and external communications and engagement activities, ensuring consistency, creativity, and measurable impact across all channels.
The successful candidate will bring energy, creativity, and strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ professional experience in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or PR, ideally within a B2B environment, consulting, technology or professional services organisation, or within a UK-based PR/Marketing agency.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging and audience-focused content.
- Experience defining, delivering and executing communications or marketing plans aligned to business objectives.
- Ability to build strong working relationships and engage confidently with senior stakeholders, partners, and external organisations.
- Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams independently and prioritise effectively.
- Demonstrable knowledge of key marketing and social media platforms, including LinkedIn and Google Analytics.
- Experience developing engaging digital content across a range of channels including websites, social media, email campaigns and marketing collateral.
- Passion for corporate social value, community engagement and communicating positive organisational impact.
- Creative mindset with attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- Experience monitoring and evaluating campaign performance, using insights and analytics to inform future activity.
- Competent in Microsoft Office applications and familiar with design/content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a growing team while also demonstrating initiative and self-motivation.
- An understanding of current communications, marketing and digital engagement trends within the UK market.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
