Job Description
Temporary, Maternity Cover - Part Time (3 days per week)
We are looking for a Senior Communications Executive to support the delivery of the communications strategy, bringing the Watches of Switzerland Group purpose and values to life through all communications.
We are looking for an approachable and positive team member, with the ability to work with teams across several departments to reach agreed outcomes and deadlines. They must be confident in engaging with the senior leadership and partnering with key stakeholders across our Retail and Support business.
In today's evolving world of communications, we are looking for creativity, curiosity and passion with a can-do mindset. A collaborative team member, who embraces communications challenges with enthusiasm - shaping communications to inform, engage and empower colleagues, inspiring a sense of pride in working for the Group.
About You
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
- Highly competent planning and organisation skills.
- IT skills - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Canva.
- Able to build relationships with colleagues at all levels of the business.
- Experience of project management, monitoring and evaluating quality and impact.
- Proactive and organised, with the ability to plan communications content in advance.
