The TP ICAP Group is a world leading provider of market infrastructure and data.
Our purpose is to provide clients with access to global financial and commodities markets, improving price discovery, liquidity, and distribution of data, through responsible and innovative solutions.
The Group is home to a portfolio of premium brands. Collectively, TP ICAP is the largest interdealer broker in the world by revenue, a world-leading Energy & Commodities broker, the world’s leading provider of OTC data, and an award-winning all-to-all trading platform.
The Group operates from more than 60 offices in 28 countries. We are 5,300 people strong, working together to achieve our vision of being the world’s most trusted, innovative, liquidity and data solutions specialist.
Role Overview:
As an Internal Communications Manager in the Group’s Corporate Affairs function, you will deliver global campaigns, strategic initiatives and day-to-day communications for predominantly internal audiences, supporting business performance, strengthening employee engagement, and reinforcing the Group’s narrative.
You will operate at two levels:
- Globally: supporting the design and delivery of Group-wide internal communication strategy and campaigns.
- Locally: delivering tailored communications that meet the needs of specific businesses lines and support functions, particularly the People team and in the APAC region.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role for someone who combines excellent writing, strong digital skills, and can operate at pace in a high-performance culture. In essence, an ‘internal multimedia journalist and internal communications manager’ – proactive and able to translate business priorities into clear, engaging communications plans and activities. The role will involve working with senior stakeholders, so the ability to understand requirements quickly, and translate them into actionable internal communication strategies and plans is key.
While internal communications is the core focus, there will also be opportunities to contribute to broader Corporate Affairs activity, such as social media and external communications, where aligned to Group priorities.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
