Senior Communications Manager, EMEA

High Wycombe – HP11 2EE
Hybrid working - 3 days office based

IPC International, the purchasing and supply chain organisation for Subway Franchisees in EMEA and APAC, has an excellent opportunity for an experienced Senior Communications Manager, EMEA to join our team.

It’s an exciting time for the organisation — IPC International was formed in 2025 by bringing together the IPC EMEA and IPC Asia Pacific teams, to create a single, global business.

As part of the business transformation, we are looking for a passionate Senior Communications Manager responsible for the EMEA region managing the development and delivery of the EMEA Franchisee communications strategy across key channels, ensuring consistent brand messaging and driving stakeholder engagement.

About the Role

As Senior Communications Manager, you’ll lead the Communications team and be responsible for the strategic delivery of business communications to our Franchisees across EMEA. Working closely with our commercial, supply chain and engagement teams, you’ll bring together communications across key areas including food, packaging, equipment, services and franchisee engagement.

You’ll play a critical role in ensuring our Franchisees receive clear, relevant and engaging communications that help them understand what’s happening across the business and, importantly, what it means for them.

What You'll Be Accountable for

  • Strategy & Planning: Partner with the Head of Communications to develop and deliver the annual Franchisee Communications Strategy across the EMEA region
  • Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of communications experts, creating a high-performing, collaborative culture and ensuring the strategy is delivered consistently across European markets
  • Project Management: Prioritise and manage multiple, complex projects with tight deadlines, balancing competing demands while ensuring communications are delivered on time and to a high standard
  • Multi-Market Communications: Oversee the delivery of multi-market, multi-language communications to diverse Franchisee audiences, ensuring consistency while remaining relevant to local markets
  • Storytelling: Turn complex business information into clear, compelling and impactful messages that engage audiences and drive understanding and action
  • Continuous Improvement: Use audience feedback, data and performance insights to identify opportunities, test new approaches and continually improve engagement across our key communication channels
  • Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams, acting as a trusted communications partner and bringing clarity to complex business priorities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
