We're recruiting for a creative, culturally connected Senior Communications Manager to join a leading global travel and technology brand on a 12-month maternity cover contract. This is an opportunity for someone who lives and breathes consumer culture, spots emerging trends, understands what gets people talking and knows how to turn bold ideas into standout earned-media campaigns.

  • Identify cultural moments, emerging trends and opportunities to create timely, newsworthy stories.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across UK consumer, lifestyle, travel, entertainment and emerging media.
  • Collaborate with influencer, social, marketing and partnerships teams to deliver integrated campaigns.
  • Develop creative partnerships, activations and compelling stories that connect with consumers.
  • Drive proactive press-office activity, including reactive storytelling, newsjacking and data-led campaigns.
  • Manage external PR agencies and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Measure campaign performance and use insights to optimise future activity.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
