Corporate Partnerships Manager
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Location: Hybrid – Finchley, London / Home Working
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, part-time considered
Help grow partnerships that bring joy to seriously ill children.
This is an exciting opportunity to join Rays of Sunshine as we continue to grow our corporate partnerships programme and deliver our new five-year strategy.
About the Role
As our Corporate Partnerships Manager, you’ll manage, develop, and grow a portfolio of established and strategic corporate partners, helping to maximise income, engagement, and long-term value. You’ll deliver exceptional relationship management and stewardship, creating tailored plans that deepen engagement, increase income, and secure sustainable, multi-year support.

Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Head of Fundraising and wider Fundraising and Communications Team
- Lead on partner stewardship, employee fundraising, volunteering, sponsorship opportunities, impact reporting, and partnership growth
- The role will be approximately 70% focused on managing and growing existing partnerships and 30% focused on developing new business opportunities through warm introductions, established pipelines, and collaboration with colleagues
- Work across the charity to connect corporate partners with meaningful opportunities, including challenge events, individual giving campaigns, special events, volunteering, and Wish Community experiences
