- Monthly RDOs for full-time 40 hours per week.
- Band 5 Salary $83,871.41 to $97,739.68 + Superannuation (subject to experience).
- Based at Lynbrook Community Centre with travel to other facilities as required

About the Role
Drive community connection and participation through the effective operation of welcoming and inclusive community facilities. In this role, you’ll make a meaningful impact by creating spaces where people feel connected, supported and empowered to participate in community life.
What You’ll deliver
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of community facilities, ensuring safe and efficient service delivery
- Build and maintain partnerships with community groups, organisations and stakeholders
- Support the delivery of community programs, activities and events aligned to local needs
- Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff, volunteers and facility teams
- Support initiatives that strengthen community participation and social connection
What You’ll Bring
- Extensive experience working within a community setting
- Relevant tertiary qualification in community development, social science, community services or other related fields or extensive work experience within a community setting.
- IAP2 training (Desirable).
- Experience driving social media and digital platforms.
- Strong skills in community engagement and program development
- Proven ability to lead, support and motivate teams
- Experience building partnerships with community groups and stakeholders
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage operations and priorities effectively
- Willingness to undergo pre-employment background checks including National Criminal History Check, Working with Children Check, Eligibility to Work check and Functional Assessment (Medical/physio).
