We’re looking for an experienced Senior Community Executive to join an established and growing health and wellness brand.
This is more than a traditional social media role. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build, grow and nurture genuine communities — creating meaningful relationships with customers, practitioners, ambassadors, creators and partners while using social platforms to bring those communities together.

The Role

You’ll take ownership of community engagement and help strengthen the relationship between the brand and its customers.
You’ll be responsible for:

  • Building and growing engaged communities across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and Pinterest, with some exposure to TikTok.
  • Creating and executing community engagement strategies across multiple platforms.
  • Developing meaningful relationships with customers, practitioners and key stakeholders.
  • Identifying, developing and managing partnership and ambassador opportunities.
  • Growing and developing the practitioner ambassador programme.
  • Identifying relevant creators and building authentic relationships with them.
  • Listening to the community and turning customer feedback, sentiment and behavioural insights into recommendations for the wider marketing team.
  • Working closely with Creative, Campaign, CRM, Paid Media and Practitioner teams.
  • Supporting product launches, campaigns and partnerships through community-led activation.
  • Monitoring community sentiment, organic social performance and emerging trends.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
