The Senior Community Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for nurturing and growing the GENCFO Community. This role oversees day-to-day community engagement, including moderating discussions, welcoming new members, and facilitating meaningful connections across virtual and in-person channels. The Senior Community Manager will plan and execute community programs such as live events, virtual summits, and member initiatives, while gathering feedback to improve the member experience. This role collaborates with internal teams to align community activities with GENCFO’s mission, supports marketing and content efforts, and tracks key engagement metrics to inform strategy and reporting.

Qualifications
- Community management and engagement skills, including experience moderating online communities and fostering member relationships.
- Event planning and coordination skills for virtual and in-person events, summits, and member meetups.
- Strong communication skills, including clear written communication and confident facilitation of group discussions or webinars.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to interpret engagement metrics and refine community initiatives.
- Comfort working with digital tools and platforms used for community management, events, and collaboration.
- Ability to work independently in a remote, part-time environment, managing priorities and deadlines effectively.
- Experience within accounting, finance, or professional communities is highly beneficial.
- Relevant education or equivalent professional experience in community management, communications, marketing, or a related field.
