The Role

As Senior Community Manager for beyond Aldgate Tower, you are commercially accountable for the performance and growth of one of beyond’s most high-profile buildings. Your primary focus is driving revenue, occupancy, retention, and long-term commercial value, while ensuring an exceptional member experience and strong overall building performance.

This role works in close partnership with a team of Assistant Community Managers (ACM’s), who are leading the day-to-day operational delivery of the building. You will line manage and develop the ACM’s and wider Community Team, maintaining senior oversight of operations while dedicating the majority of your focus to sales, strategic member relationships, and commercial growth. You will report directly to the Community Director and work closely with Sales, Finance, Real Estate, and central support teams.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Management

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Assistant Community Managers (ACM’s) and wider Community Team, setting clear expectations, accountability, and performance standards
  • Create a high-performing, commercially minded culture where the team delivers exceptional member service while supporting the building’s revenue and retention goals

Commercial & Sales Leadership

  • Own building commercial performance across revenue, occupancy, conversion, renewals, and retention
  • Lead the building-level sales cycle including tours, proposals, negotiations, pricing, expansions, and renewals
  • Own HubSpot pipeline management, forecasting, lead follow-up, and progression of opportunities
  • Build strong broker, partner, and referral relationships while driving new commercial initiatives and revenue opportunities

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
