Job Description
Working in a highly experienced and inspirational team will be one of the highlights of this role. The culture and people you work with are so important. So you will have great comfort in knowing that the Secretariat and Organisation as a whole are highly collegiate, forward thinking, and highly diverse.
The main focus of the role is to project manage the Annual Report. This is a highly complex project that will require you to work with highly demanding stakeholders, across several jurisdictions, and ensure that all deadlines are met.
The organisation themselves are highly profitable and engaging in huge projects that will only elevate their status and size. The Group Company Secretary is someone that I have worked with for many years and their experience, mentorship, and skill are something that will inspire and motivate you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
