Senior Compensation Analyst

Frazer Jones is delighted to be partnering with a highly regarded international professional services organisation to appoint a Senior Compensation Analyst.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and high-performing global reward function, supporting compensation activity across a complex international business. Working closely with the wider HR team, you will play a key role in delivering core compensation processes, market benchmarking and annual reward activities, whilst contributing to a range of global reward initiatives and projects.
Operating within a fast-paced and data-driven environment, this role offers excellent exposure to compensation analysis, salary and bonus review processes, reward governance and stakeholder engagement. The successful individual will enjoy working with large datasets, providing meaningful insights and helping to ensure the effective delivery of compensation programmes across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities Include:
- Leading participation in annual salary and compensation surveys, including the preparation, validation and submission of reward data.
- Conducting market benchmarking analysis for existing and newly created roles, providing recommendations on pay positioning and competitiveness.
- Managing compensation data audits and reconciliations across HR, payroll and reward systems to ensure ongoing data integrity.
- Supporting the delivery of annual salary review and bonus review processes across multiple business groups.
- Preparing compensation and bonus communications, ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to internal governance standards.
- Maintaining and improving compensation processes, procedures and documentation, identifying opportunities for greater efficiency.
- Supporting the production of reward reporting, analytics and management information for HR and business stakeholders.
- Partnering closely with HRIS, Payroll and wider HR teams to support compensation-related activities and projects.
- Contributing to global reward initiatives and supporting the implementation of compensation best practice across the organisation.
About You
We are seeking an experienced compensation professional with strong analytical capability, excellent attention to detail and a genuine interest in reward.

You will be comfortable working within a fast-paced, professional environment and enjoy partnering with stakeholders to deliver accurate and commercially focused compensation solutions.
You will ideally offer:
- Demonstrable experience within compensation, reward or remuneration, with a solid understanding of core compensation processes.
- Experience supporting annual salary review and bonus review cycles.
- Strong capability in compensation benchmarking, market analysis and interpreting pay data.
- Experience working with compensation survey providers such as Mercer, WTW, or similar market data sources.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and communicate reward data effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive, organised and detail-oriented approach.
- Experience gained within professional services or financial services would be advantageous.
