Senior Compensation Specialist – Pay Equity and Transparency

The Senior Compensation Specialist provides specialist support to the Senior Compensation Manager – Pay Equity and Transparency, helping ensure Flutter remains compliant with global pay legislation and delivers clear, consistent pay equity reporting and communications. Working closely with the Compensation Data & Analytics team, the role helps ensure pay equity analysis is set up and run correctly, but its primary focus is translating those data outputs into clear findings and partnering with regional Reward teams and People Partners to agree and track appropriate actions. The role also provides broader ad-hoc support to the wider team as required.

What you’ll do:

  • Pay equity analysis & audits: Partner with the Data & Analytics team to quality-check pay equity models, translate outputs into clear findings for stakeholders, prepare audit documentation, and work with regional Reward teams and People Partners to agree and track follow-up actions.
  • Legislation & compliance monitoring: Track global pay equity, transparency, and minimum wage legislation, maintain the legislation tracker and compliance documentation, and support risk summaries and briefing notes for senior stakeholders.
  • Communications & training: Draft employee- and manager-facing guides on pay equity and transparency, and help coordinate and deliver related training sessions.
  • Stakeholder support & BAU implementation: Act as first point of contact for pay equity queries, support practical implementation of processes, and provide day-to-day cover on routine matters in the Senior Compensation Manager's absence.
  • Data governance & reporting: Maintain accurate records, audit trails, and version control; support development of KPIs and reporting packs; and collaborate with the Data Automation & Analytics team on compliant data collection.
  • Broader project & team support: Contribute to project documentation, status reporting, and meeting coordination; assist with procurement/vendor records, leadership materials, and other Reward BAU cycles (e.g. benchmarking, job architecture); and bring curiosity to AI/automation initiatives that improve analysis and reporting.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
