This is a unique opportunity to help shape the second line of defence, ensuring our business continues to grow and scale while maintaining the highest standards of regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

You will act as a trusted compliance business partner, providing expert advice on regulatory, propositional, marketing, and operational arrangements. Your work will directly support strategic business change, regulatory initiatives, and the embedding of a strong compliance culture across the organization.

As part of our growing international compliance team, you’ll be at the forefront of safeguarding our clients and enabling sustainable business growth. Join us to play a central role in strengthening our compliance function, empowering teams, and supporting the continued growth and success of UKPI.

  • Interpret and apply UK regulations and FCA expectations relevant to retail investment platforms and SIPP operators
  • Provide subject matter expertise on the FCA Handbook as applicable. Have an understanding of HMRC legislation for pensions and ISAs

  • Analyse complex regulatory requirements and advise on appropriate outcomes, particularly under a Consumer Duty lens
  • Represent Compliance at internal committees and forums, engaging confidently with senior management and staff at all levels
  • Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks, supporting the business in delivering compliant growth and innovation
  • Partner with the wider areas of the Office of the General Council to ensure coherent compliance and legal position, and to obtain specialist expertise when required

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
