Job Description
As a Senior Compliance Analyst, you will navigate the complexities of global regulation, turning intricate rules into clear paths for our most ambitious projects.
The Compliance department ensures adherence to regulatory standards across all markets where the business operates, as well as those targeted for future expansion. This team acts as the bridge between complex legal requirements and operational reality, ensuring that every project aligns with the necessary governance frameworks.

This role involves interpreting evolving regulations and applying them to internal projects and new territory applications. You will translate technical requirements into actionable compliance strategies, often navigating uncharted territory where the path forward requires careful analysis and pragmatic problem-solving. You will work closely with technical teams to ensure that systems and processes meet the highest standards of integrity.
This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid work from home policy.
Qualifications
- Expertise in interpreting and applying complex regulatory frameworks.
- Proven ability to research, analyse, and summarise information into actionable advice.
- Strong critical thinking skills to determine appropriate courses of action.
- Technical literacy with an understanding of IT principles, systems management, or implementation.
- Capability to manage own workload and take full ownership of complex tasks.
- Adept at producing high-calibre documentation for regulatory submission.
- Pragmatic approach to the administration of governance and risk.
- Ability to make informed decisions in ambiguous situations.
- Experience in providing internal consultancy on regulatory matters.

- Supporting compliance management and act as a deputy or point of contact for junior colleagues.
- Developing a thorough understanding of all relevant regulations affecting the business.
- Providing internal consultancy to departments on regulatory matters.
- Liaising with the business to ensure compliance within each jurisdiction.
- Translating technical IT information into clear regulatory documentation.
- Identifying non-conformity within the business and escalate issues appropriately.
- Interfacing with regulatory bodies to produce high-calibre documentation for submission.
- Leading regulatory considerations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participating in external audits as required.
- Delivering regulatory training and knowledge transfer across the business.
