About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Compliance Consultant to join our growing team in London. You will work directly with clients across the financial services and healthcare sectors to deliver compliance advisory, audit readiness, and regulatory gap analysis.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead compliance audits and regulatory reviews for client organisations
- Develop and maintain compliance frameworks and policy documentation
- Advise on FCA, PRA, ICO, and CQC regulatory requirements
- Manage client relationships and project delivery
- Mentor junior consultants
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of compliance advisory experience
- Strong knowledge of UK regulatory landscape (FCA, ICO, CQC)
- ICA, CISI, or equivalent professional qualification preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing multiple client engagements simultaneously
