Compliance Manager
Radius is seeking a Compliance Manager for a large IT organization experiencing significant growth and leading in their industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage Externally Appointed Auditors: Oversee the management of auditors and ensure adherence to various ISO standards.
- Maintain ISO Standards: Ensure continued certification and adherence to:
- ISO 9001 Quality Management System
- ISO 27001 Information Security Management System
- PCI-DSS Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard
- ISO 22301 Business Continuity
- GDPR and Data Protection Laws
- Conduct Internal Audits: Regularly audit internal processes in line with the standards.
- Implement Compliance Initiatives: Identify and assess corporate risks, investigate incidents, monitor continuous improvement, recommend controls and processes, and integrate compliance objectives within business units.
- Influence Senior Management: Identify compliance risks and provide commercial solutions.
- Monitor Developments: Stay updated on industry, regulatory, and corporate changes to identify areas of vulnerability and risk.
- Develop Action Plans: Create and implement plans for resolving compliance issues and preventing future incidents.
- Communicate Compliance Programme: Inform all employees about the compliance program and present to executives, managers, and other interested parties.
- Build Relationships: Engage with the business to build relationships and enhance risk management capabilities.
- Create Compliance Process: Establish a process for evaluating, approving, and adopting new compliance and certification activities.
- Assist Board in Business Continuity Plan: Help define a plan appropriate to the business.
- Maintain Registers: Keep applicable registers for non-conformance, risk, legal compliance, etc.
- Establish Testing Timetable: Develop and maintain a timetable for annual testing of the Business Continuity Strategy.
- Develop Training Programs: Create induction materials and implement training programs for staff on Information Security and Business Continuity.

- Proven experience in managing compliance programs in a large IT organization.
- In-depth knowledge of ISO standards, GDPR, and data protection laws.
- Strong analytical and risk assessment skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to influence and work with senior management.
- Experience in developing and implementing corrective/preventative action plans.
- Capability to build relationships and enhance business capabilities.
