Senior Compliance Manager | On-Site (5 Days/Week)

We're partnered with a leading Crypto firm bridging the gap between traditional finance with blockchain and tokenisation. As a dual regulated Multilateral Trading Facility, they're building the digital capital markets of tomorrow and looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen their 2nd Line capabilities.

This isn't a back-office compliance role. You'll sit at the heart of our business, advising senior leadership, engaging directly with the FCA, and overseeing Financial Promotions.

What you'll be doing:

  • Acting as a trusted regulatory and AML/CTF adviser across the business and being a key decision maker on local and global regulatory changes impacting the business
  • Leading FCA engagement and regulatory projects, ensuring effective communication and compliance practices, whilst driving projects and business initiatives forward
  • Oversight of the firm's Financial Promotions team and s.21 approval process, leading team performance and development of more junior members
  • Partnering with senior leadership on strategic, high-impact programmes around financial market innovation

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
