Senior Compliance Manager | On-Site (5 Days/Week)
We're partnered with a leading Crypto firm bridging the gap between traditional finance with blockchain and tokenisation. As a dual regulated Multilateral Trading Facility, they're building the digital capital markets of tomorrow and looking for a Senior Compliance Manager to strengthen their 2nd Line capabilities.
This isn't a back-office compliance role. You'll sit at the heart of our business, advising senior leadership, engaging directly with the FCA, and overseeing Financial Promotions.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as a trusted regulatory and AML/CTF adviser across the business and being a key decision maker on local and global regulatory changes impacting the business
- Leading FCA engagement and regulatory projects, ensuring effective communication and compliance practices, whilst driving projects and business initiatives forward
- Oversight of the firm's Financial Promotions team and s.21 approval process, leading team performance and development of more junior members
- Partnering with senior leadership on strategic, high-impact programmes around financial market innovation

What we're looking for:
- 5–7+ years in financial services compliance or a regulatory environment, with existing knowledge of Crypto a big plus
- Strong knowledge of FCA regulations and JMLSG guidance
- Previous experience of managing or overseeing small teams would be beneficial
- A confident communicator who can influence at every level
- Someone self-motivated, curious, and excited by digital assets and innovation
