Job Description

Our UK Compliance Monitoring structure is split between AOC and CAMO compliance monitoring responsibilities. The CAMO Compliance Monitoring Manager (CMM) is responsible for managing and maintaining the compliance monitoring arrangements for the UK CAMO, ensuring that continuing airworthiness activities remain compliant with applicable regulatory requirements, internal procedures, TUI Group Management System requirements and agreed compliance standards.

The role supports the AOC Compliance Monitoring Manager / Senior Compliance Monitoring Lead in maintaining an effective and independent UK compliance monitoring system. Although line managed by the AOC CMM, the CAMO CMM retains direct access to the Accountable Manager for CAMO compliance monitoring matters, including significant compliance concerns, unresolved findings, systemic issues, regulatory exposure or matters affecting the effectiveness of the CAMO management system.

The CMM CAMO acts as the specialist compliance lead for continuing airworthiness oversight, ensuring that CAMO audits, contracted activity oversight, corrective action management, regulatory change impacts and compliance performance are effectively planned, monitored, escalated and reported.

We are happy to consider this role on a hybrid working model basis with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite at our Luton office. Regular travel should be expected so flexibility around office attendance will be considered when travelling.

Applications close 23 August 2026

About Our Offer

  • Personal benefits: Attractive remuneration, discretionary bonus schemes, generous travel benefits, extensive health & well-being support, and more
  • Flexible working: Work is something you do, not somewhere you go. We encourage a healthy work-life balance with a dynamic working environment
  • A career to shape: Access the TUI Learning Hub to level-up and reach your ambitions
  • Broaden your network: We champion intercultural collaboration and provide opportunities to work on global projects and teams
  • Community: Get involved with incredible local charity and sustainability initiatives like the TUI Care Foundation

About the Job

  • Manage the CAMO compliance monitoring sub-system within the UK Management System. Ensure CAMO compliance arrangements align with the overall TUI Group compliance governance structure and UK AOC compliance monitoring requirements
  • Act as the CAMO compliance monitoring lead, maintaining sufficient independence from operational CAMO delivery. Escalate significant compliance concerns directly to the Accountable Manager where required
  • Plan, maintain and oversee the CAMO audit and inspection programme, including audits of continuing airworthiness processes, contracted activities, suppliers and relevant interfaces with Engineering and Maintenance
  • Monitor, challenge and verify corrective actions arising from CAMO audits, authority findings, internal findings, supplier findings and group compliance monitoring activity. Ensure root cause and effectiveness checks are properly evidenced
  • Ensure compliance monitoring arrangements cover CAMO-related contracted and subcontracted activities, including maintenance providers, continuing airworthiness support services and relevant supplier interfaces
  • Support liaison with the UK CAA and other relevant bodies on CAMO compliance monitoring matters. Provide advice to the AOC CMM, CAMO management and Accountable Manager on regulatory compliance risks and emerging requirements
  • Monitor the effectiveness of CAMO compliance monitoring arrangements, identify trends, systemic issues and areas for improvement, and ensure these are escalated into the appropriate UK and TUI Group governance forums
  • Work closely with the AOC CMM to ensure CAMO compliance monitoring outputs are integrated into the wider UK compliance monitoring programme, management review process and risk-based oversight model
  • Support TUI Group compliance harmonisation activities relating to CAMO, Engineering and Maintenance, audit standards, compliance reporting and shared compliance processes
  • Review and support updates to CAMO compliance monitoring procedures, audit checklists, compliance processes and relevant Management System documentation
  • Ensure CAMO auditors and supporting compliance personnel are suitably trained, competent and authorised for the activities they perform. Maintain appropriate evidence of competence and standardisation
  • Provide regular CAMO compliance performance updates to the AOC CMM, CAMO leadership, Accountable Manager and applicable governance meetings. Escalate overdue actions, repeat findings, significant risks or regulatory exposure promptly

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
