About CompliPass
CompliPass is an early-stage B2B SaaS compliance platform gearing up for market launch. Our mission is to provide legally airtight documentation, risk assessments, and automated regulatory workflows for UK sole traders and micro-businesses across key high-liability industries. We are building the foundational infrastructure to safeguard thousands of UK businesses, and we require a heavy-hitting compliance strategist to serve as our technical anchor.
We are seeking a highly seasoned, expert-level UK compliance strategist who specializes in the regulatory landscapes of UK small businesses, sole traders, and micro-enterprises. In this role, you will leverage your extensive, cross-sector compliance knowledge to architect, audit, and sign off on the core document infrastructure powering our platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Master Asset Architecture: Consolidate, build, and refine baseline regulatory templates into bulletproof, streamlined master compliance documents tailored to UK law.
- Technical Quality Assurance: Serve as the final technical authority—auditing, validating, and signing off on complex compliance frameworks before they are deployed to client platforms.
- Regulatory Horizon Scanning: Monitor active UK regulatory updates and statutory shifts to ensure our document infrastructure continuously adapts to emerging legal requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
