Responsibilities
You will work with the Deputy Registrar to manage the Academic Standard process and procedures. This includes matters relating to assessment, cases of academic misconduct, appeals and complaints. You will act as secretary to any School Level panel, providing expert advice and being the point of expertise on matters related to Quality and Standard as you support senior colleagues.
Person Specification
- Educated to degree level or equivalent
- Proven experience of working in higher education environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work on your own and in a team
- Ability to analyse problems and identify solutions
- High attention to accuracy and detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to deal with enquiries effectively and efficiently
- Ability to work to tight deadlines
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Confident working with MS Office
