COMPOSITE WORKSHOP LEADS

📍 Oxfordshire | 💷 £42,000 + overtime | 🏠 Relocation assistance available

We’re looking for a couple of experienced Composite Laminators/ Senior Laminators / Team Leaders to take a leading, hands-on role within our growing composite manufacturing team.

We manufacture bespoke carbon composite components for the high-end automotive & hypercar sector. It's a friendly environment where everyone helps each other and we aim to have a enjoyable working life!

We’re looking for:

  • Strong prepreg carbon laminating experience
  • Excellent hand lay-up and bagging attention to detail
  • Experience leading, mentoring or supervising others
  • Motorsport, F1, hypercar, automotive or aerospace experience advantageous
