Senior Conference Producer – Saudi Arabia Portfolio
Location: London / Hybrid
Salary: £70,000–£75,000 + 20% Bonus
Are you an experienced Senior Conference Producer looking to lead a portfolio of large-scale B2B conferences?
We are working on a high-impact role overseeing five major events, including flagship conferences generating multi-million-pound revenues and attracting thousands of senior-level attendees. The successful candidate will take ownership of a growing Saudi-focused event portfolio and play a key role in driving audience growth, speaker acquisition, commercial success, and market expansion.
The Saudi market presents significant opportunities but requires a producer who understands the region's business culture, stakeholder landscape, and longer decision-making cycles. We are looking for someone with a proven track record of delivering successful conferences in Saudi Arabia or someone who is fluent in Arabic and has produced conferences.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
