🚨 Senior Conference Producer | London | £50,000-£65,000

Ref: PR/087917

If you know how to turn a complex industry topic into a conference people genuinely want to attend, this could be the role for you.

We're looking for an experienced Senior Conference Producer to take ownership of content and programme development across a portfolio of executive-level events focused on:

  • Cybersecurity
  • AI & Artificial Intelligence
  • Enterprise Technology

You'll be working with some of the most senior voices across technology and security - from CISOs and CTOs to AI specialists, technology leaders and industry experts.

🎤 What you'll be doing

  • Developing conference themes, agendas and session formats
  • Researching the latest trends, challenges and talking points across technology
  • Identifying and securing senior speakers and industry experts
  • Building strong relationships with speakers and stakeholders
  • Creating compelling content for C-suite and senior executive audiences
  • Working closely with commercial, marketing and operations teams
  • Taking ownership of programmes from initial concept through to live delivery
  • Attending events and overseeing content on-site
  • Continuously developing and improving programmes based on market feedback

🔎 What we're looking for

You'll ideally have:

  • Proven experience as a Conference Producer / Senior Conference Producer or similar
  • Experience producing B2B conferences, summits or executive events
  • Professional experience within cybersecurity, AI, enterprise technology or a closely related technology sector
  • Strong research, writing and editorial skills
  • Experience developing agendas and managing senior speakers
  • Confidence speaking with C-suite executives and industry experts
  • Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent organisation and attention to detail

Having an existing network of senior technology, cybersecurity or AI speakers would be a major advantage.

💼 What's on offer?

  • £50,000-£65,000 depending on experience
  • London
  • 5 days in the office during probation
  • Hybrid working negotiable following successful completion of probation
  • Immediate start preferred - within 2-4 weeks
