Senior Conference Producer - AI Hot 100 Summit portfolio (the leading conference in enterprise AI transformation)

Location: London (Hybrid)

About Furnace Group

Furnace Group is building one of the world's leading media and intelligence platforms connecting enterprise AI leaders, founders, and investors. Our brands include The AI Furnace, AI Hot 100, and Chief AI Council, bringing together Fortune 500 executives, high-growth AI companies, and global technology leaders through conferences, executive dinners, media, and intelligence.

We're building much more than events. Our ambition is to become the trusted media and intelligence platform for enterprise AI. We're looking for an ambitious Senior Conference Producer to own the content and production of our flagship conferences and help build an internationally recognized conference portfolio.

The Role

As Senior Conference Producer, you will be responsible for designing commercially successful conference agendas that attract senior enterprise executives, founders, investors, and sponsors.

This is a highly entrepreneurial role for someone who enjoys researching emerging technology markets, building relationships with senior executives, and launching new conference products. You will work directly with the Founder and become one of the earliest members of the team, helping shape the future direction of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Conference Strategy & Research

  • Own the end-to-end production of flagship conferences.
  • Research enterprise AI, data, and emerging technology markets to identify trends and commercially valuable content.
  • Develop compelling conference themes, agendas, and session formats.
  • Identify opportunities to launch new conferences, executive dinners, and industry reports.
  • Build annual content calendars across multiple Furnace Group brands.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
