About Us
The Network Group is a globally established events business operating across carefully selected sectors. We deliver high-level Live, Online and Bespoke events for many of the world’s leading organisations, including the majority of Fortune 500 companies.
Our mission is to create genuinely valuable professional experiences. Our invitation-only events bring together senior executives and key decision-makers, all conducted under the Chatham House Rule to ensure open, meaningful dialogue. We’ve also developed proprietary technology that enables real-time, pre-qualified meetings between attendees, ensuring every interaction is purposeful and impactful.
The Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Producer who has a proven track record of producing intimate B2B conferences from concept through to on-site delivery.
This is not a coordination or support role, you will own the full lifecycle and manage multiple conferences per year.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
