Senior Conference Producer
Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 + bonus
Central London, Hybrid
A high-growth international events business is looking for a commercially driven Senior Conference Producer to join its expanding team and take ownership of a portfolio of market-leading conferences.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious conference producer who enjoys combining strong market research with commercial strategy, senior-level networking, and high-profile event delivery. You’ll play a key role in shaping industry-leading conferences that attract C-suite executives, drive sponsorship revenue, and deliver exceptional delegate experiences across international markets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a project lead and bring internal departments together to create focus and drive growth
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and revenue growth areas
- Recruit senior-level speakers, industry experts, and thought leaders
- Conduct in-depth market research and executive interviews
- Work collaboratively with sponsorship and sales teams to support commercial targets
- Manage multiple event timelines and ensure high-quality delivery
- Support on-site event delivery, moderation, and speaker management where required

What We’re Looking For:
- Experience of delivering large scale events (over 2000 attendees)
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of revenue-driven content
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Confident engaging with senior executives and industry leaders
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Energetic, ambitious, and motivated by growth and progression
