An elite US law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Conflicts Analyst to join its London Risk & Compliance function

About the Role
Sitting within the firm's international Risk & Compliance function, the Senior Conflicts Analyst will help ensure new clients and matters are accepted in accordance with the firm's professional and regulatory obligations. The role offers broad exposure to sophisticated, cross-border work and requires a strong understanding of both UK and US conflicts requirements.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct conflicts searches and research on prospective clients, related parties, corporate structures and ownership.
- Analyse potential conflicts, progress clearances and escalate complex issues where appropriate.
- Liaise with lawyers and matter teams on conflicts findings, including assisting with consents and waivers where required.
- Support new client and matter intake, including matter openings, amendments and closures.
- Undertake conflicts checks for lateral hires and create and maintain ethical screens.
- Contribute to wider conflicts projects, reporting and ongoing process improvements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years' strong conflicts experience covering both UK and US conflicts, ideally gained within a leading international or US law firm. They will have a solid understanding of conflicts rules and requirements across both jurisdictions, alongside hands-on experience of conflicts searching, analysis and clearance.

- The successful candidate will also be highly detail-oriented, an effective communicator and confident working with lawyers and senior stakeholders across international offices.
