Location: Peterborough / Hybrid

Who are we?

We’re the @one Alliance – a ground-breaking collaboration between Anglian Water and seven industry-leading partners: Balfour Beatty, Barhale, Binnies, MMB, MWH Treatment, Skanska, and SWECO. Together, we deliver over half of Anglian Water’s capital investment programme.

As we prepare for Year 2 of AMP8, our most ambitious period yet, we’ll be delivering an even broader range of innovative and environmentally-driven infrastructure projects – from urban drainage to nature-based solutions like constructed wetlands.

Why join us?

Join us as a Senior Construction Manager and take the lead in shaping the successful delivery of major projects from concept to completion. You’ll inspire and guide high-performing teams, driving excellence across safety, quality, cost, and programme while championing collaboration and continuous improvement. This is a unique opportunity to influence a portfolio of projects, work closely with supply chain partners, and deliver innovative, efficient solutions that make a real impact—while fostering a culture where best practice and sustainability are at the heart of everything we do.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
