We are an established commercial fit-out contractor delivering high-quality office refurbishment and fit-out projects across London and the South East. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Construction Manager to lead the successful delivery of multiple high-value commercial office fit-out projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious construction professional who enjoys taking ownership, leading high-performing site teams, and delivering exceptional projects in fast-paced live environments.
The Role
Reporting to the Operations Director, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient and profitable delivery of commercial office fit-out projects from pre-construction through to completion.

You will lead construction teams, coordinate subcontractors, maintain strong client relationships and ensure projects are delivered on programme, within budget and to the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of multiple commercial office fit-out projects across London.
- Manage Construction Managers, Site Managers and project delivery teams.
- Ensure projects are completed safely, on time and within budget.
- Drive programme performance and proactively manage project risks.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with clients, consultants and subcontractors.
- Monitor quality standards throughout every stage of construction.
- Chair site meetings and coordinate all construction activities.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety legislation and company procedures.
- Work closely with the commercial and pre-construction teams to support successful project delivery.
- Mentor and develop junior members of the construction team.

About You
We're looking for someone who combines strong technical expertise with excellent leadership and communication skills.
You will have:
- Significant experience delivering commercial office fit-out projects in London.
- A proven track record managing projects from pre-construction through to handover.
- Experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, sequencing and programme management.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications (or equivalent).
- A full UK driving licence.
