You will be working in the Infrastructure function working on our Anglian Water Project. Through our role in the @one Alliance, we’re helping Anglian Water deliver a £2.6 billion investment in vital infrastructure. From civil works to water treatment facilities, this programme strengthens environmental protection across the East of England - safeguarding water resources for generations to come.
We are currently looking for a Senior Construction Manager who will deliver projects safely, on time, and sustainably - driving efficiency and strong performance without compromising governance.

- Lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing construction management team.
- Build the right mix of skills, experience, and capability across projects.
- Drive talent development, workforce planning, and resource alignment to meet business needs.
- Champion consistent ways of working, embedding best practice, systems, and processes.
- Work with partners and supply chain to deliver safe, high-quality, cost-effective projects on time and on budget.
We Are Looking For
- Significant construction industry experience, with strong expertise in construction methods, engineering principles, and project delivery.
- Proven leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, manage, and develop large multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong capability in project planning and scheduling to keep delivery on track.
- Sound knowledge of risk management, with a focus on achieving time, cost, and quality objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to build strong relationships with teams, partners, clients, and stakeholders.
