As Bird continues to grow, we are looking to connect with experienced construction professionals in the UK who are interested in exploring career opportunities in Canada.
Members of our Buildings team will be travelling to the UK the week of November 1st to meet with experienced professionals interested in building the next chapter of their career with Bird.

Within Buildings, our work spans data centres, healthcare, long-term care, education, military and defence, commercial, residential and other complex building environments.
What We’re Looking For
While requirements will vary by opportunity, we are particularly interested in professionals who bring:
- Significant experience with an established main contractor or general contractor
- Experience delivering large, complex construction projects, typically valued at $50 million CAD and above
- Experience in data centres, healthcare, institutional, government, defence, education or other technically complex building environments
- Proven leadership within project delivery, field operations or a specialized construction discipline
- Experience working with multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, subcontractors and clients
- Strong commercial, operational and/or technical construction knowledge relevant to your area of expertise
- A demonstrated commitment to safety, quality and collaborative project delivery
