Senior Construction Programme Manager - 6-month secondment

We are seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our Capital Projects Team on a 6-month secondment basis while we undertake a review of our capacity and future resource requirements.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of a team responsible for delivering one of the largest multi-million-pound capital investment programmes in England, supporting major construction, refurbishment and infrastructure projects across our diverse estate.

The Main Function Of The Post
To provide programme management overview of the projects’ construction operations and infrastructure projects relating to the following Trust’s properties:

The project schemes within these properties are complex, multi-year delivery and directly relate to the Trust’s strategic objectives.
The post holder will be responsible for the management of a portfolio of schemes listed on the capital programme as issued by the Head of Capital Projects, from conception to post project evaluation, including the appointment and management of external consultants and contractors taking place in the above properties. These projects across these properties vary in complexity and scale to the rest of the projects in the portfolio.
It is particularly important that the current team is operating efficiently and that there is minimal duplication and/or waste in current operating procedures.
