Senior Project Manager
c.£70m student accommodation | North West London
Salter Grange is partnering with a leading London main contractor to recruit a Senior Project Manager for a landmark c.£70m student accommodation development in North West London.
The scheme will deliver:
- 600 student bedrooms
- 2 RC frame towers up to 27 storeys
- Premium resident amenities
- Commercial space
- Completion scheduled for 2028

We're looking for someone with:
- Experience delivering £50m+ projects for a UK main contractor
- Strong RC frame and high-rise residential/PBSA experience
- Façade and internal fit-out delivery expertise
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
