Senior Consultant
Founded by the team who re-defined the way British politics uses digital, Edmonds Elder works with an exciting range of organisations – from disruptive tech startups to established FTSE 100 companies – to transform how digital is used to drive real results.
We are a team of digital consultants and creatives that bring together digital strategy, content creation and campaign execution to offer our clients an end-to-end service – and that blends the strategic thinking of a consultancy with the creative execution and agility of an agency.
About
We’re passionate about the work we do. Our team includes people from political, advertising, agency, charity and creative backgrounds – and we’re growing quickly. We’re currently looking for a Senior Consultant with over 5 years’ experience and expertise in two or more of the following areas:
- Digital Strategy
- Content Creation
- Paid Campaign Execution
Senior Consultants play a key role in running accounts at Edmonds Elder, working alongside Directors and closely with the Creative Team to deliver compelling digital campaigns. They work across a range of clients – and also have a real opportunity to work across all three areas of our work, from getting involved in creative production to developing strategic thinking.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
