With an established and growing US business, we’re looking for an ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our London team and help drive our continued growth across the US by building relationships, winning new business and growing your own client portfolio.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant, you’ll be responsible for developing and growing relationships with leading fashion, luxury and lifestyle brands across the US. You’ll manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development and client management through to candidate delivery, while building a strong reputation as a specialist within your market. Working from our London team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues across the wider business and play an important role in developing our US offering.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships across the US
• Managing and growing existing accounts
• Building a strong network of senior industry contacts and high-calibre candidates
• Managing the full recruitment process from brief through to placement
• Becoming a trusted market specialist within your chosen sector
• Advising clients on talent, market trends and recruitment strategy
• Working collaboratively with our international teams
• Contributing ideas and initiatives to support the continued growth of our US business
