About the Opportunity
We are looking to connect with experienced Project Managers, Transformation Consultants, Business Process Specialists, and Strategy Implementation professionals for our talent pool as we anticipate future project demand across the UK Financial Services and insurance sectors.
This is not an active role. We are proactively building a network of independent consultants and contractors with strong execution capability so we can respond quickly as new client projects come to market.
We are particularly interested in professionals who can bridge the gap between strategy and delivery, working across complex transformation programmes involving business, technology, operations, risk, and regulatory stakeholders.
What You May Support
- Lead and coordinate complex Financial Services transformation programmes.
- Translate strategic priorities into structured implementation plans and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage project plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and governance.
- Map current and future-state business processes and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support operating model, process redesign, and organisational transformation initiatives.
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and third parties.
- Facilitate workshops and translate business challenges into practical solutions.
- Support regulatory, operational resilience, digital, data, and technology transformation programmes.
- Develop business cases, programme reporting, executive presentations, and implementation plans.
- Drive strategy implementation from initial design through to execution and adoption.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
