Senior Consultant | Financial services & insurance | London

Having already secured several strategic clients, we're investing in the next phase of growth. This is an opportunity to build your own market, influence our strategy and become one of the key people shaping the future of our financial services & insurance practice.

We're looking for a commercially driven Senior Consultant to help accelerate our growth. Working alongside our Head of Private Sector, you'll be responsible for winning new clients, growing strategic accounts and building long-term relationships across banking, insurance and wider financial services. This is a genuine opportunity to define your own market, combining business development, account management and delivery with the support, autonomy and leadership needed to succeed.

We’re looking for someone who wants ownership; not simply responsibility. This role would suit someone with experience in consulting, technology recruitment, professional services sales or account development who also understands how banking or insurance organisations operate.

What we're looking for

  • A genuine track record in sales, business development, & account growth.
  • Experience in banking, insurance or financial services technology.
  • Confidence engaging with senior client stakeholders, and comfort being measured against a commercial target.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to identify genuine client needs and turn them into revenue.
  • Understanding of technology and transformation programmes.
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial approach and a real appetite for building a growing practice from the ground up.

  • Existing relationships within banking or insurance.
  • Exposure to AI, data, cloud, cyber, software or digital-transformation programmes.
  • Experience selling or delivering consultancy, statements of work or specialist contract teams.
