Key Responsibilities
Wealth Mgmt, Consumer Duty BA JD
- Lead business analysis activities for Consumer Duty initiatives within Wealth Management.
- Elicit, analyse, and document business, functional, and non-functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops with business stakeholders, Compliance, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Perform current-state and future-state process analysis.
- Support Consumer Duty assessments across
- Products and Services
- Price and Value
- Consumer Understanding
- Consumer Support
- Analyse regulatory impacts and translate them into business requirements.
- Produce Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirements Specifications (FRDs), user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Identify process improvements and recommend operational efficiencies.
- Work with Solution Architects and Development teams to validate solution designs.
- Support data analysis, reporting, and MI requirements related to Consumer Duty outcomes.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect management, and business sign-off.
- Track requirements throughout the project lifecycle using traceability matrices.
- Support change management, implementation, and post-production reviews.
- Ensure project documentation complies with governance and audit standards.
