Make an Impact at RSM UK

At RSM, our consulting team brings together diverse advisory experts to deliver our six core solutions: business transformation, forensic, deal services, restructuring, finance function support, and risk and governance.

Our solutions are designed to address the unique needs, challenges and opportunities our clients face as they work towards their organisational goals. Whether supporting global expansion, developing acquisition strategies, facilitating private equity investments or working with boards to manage risk and governance, our consulting experts work as one team.

It’s an exciting time to join our consulting team as we continue with ambitious growth plans, creating opportunities to develop our people, strengthen our solutions, embrace a digital-first approach and build strong client relationships.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Consultant to join our Consulting Service Line team, supporting our six core solutions and helping to deliver internal transformation and change projects.

Change happens in every organisation through new operating models, systems, structures and ways of working. While transformations often start with the right intentions, achieving the expected impact relies on change being effectively shaped, planned and delivered, with people properly supported throughout.

You will make an impact by

  • As a Senior Consultant, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and project teams to support the successful delivery of transformation and change initiatives.
  • You will take responsibility for defined areas of project delivery, working with senior colleagues while having the confidence to manage your own priorities and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • You will be a collaborative team member with a proactive and practical approach. You will be comfortable identifying problems, suggesting improvements and supporting projects from planning through to delivery.
  • You will have experience working on transformation or change projects and be able to demonstrate your contribution to successful outcomes. You should also be comfortable managing multiple deadlines and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
