Senior Consultant | Accountancy & Finance

Milton Keynes | Permanent

up to £50,000 base salary + bonus (up to 45% OTE of your annual billings, paid monthly) + quarterly and annual abroad incentives + closed during Xmas period.

We’ve grown significantly against 2025, strengthened our position across the local market and built relationships with key accounts, recognisable consumer brands and ambitious businesses across the region.

We’re now looking for an ambitious Senior Consultant to join the team and be part of our phase two growth in the Accountancy & Finance market across the Northern Home Counties.

This isn’t about managing an existing desk. It’s about winning clients, growing revenue and becoming a recognised specialist in your market.

The opportunity

You’ll have the platform, brand and support of an established specialist recruitment business, with the autonomy to shape and grow your own market.

You’ll Be Responsible For

  • Growing our Accountancy & Finance market across the Northern Home Counties
  • Winning new clients and developing existing relationships
  • Building relationships with CFOs, Finance Directors, Financial Controllers and senior hiring managers
  • Growing a high-quality network of Accountancy & Finance professionals
  • Recruiting across permanent or interim appointments
  • Building a sustainable pipeline and growing revenue
  • Developing your profile through networking and market activity
  • Working alongside specialist teams across Finance, Technology, Private Equity, Business Transformation and Executive Leadership

Who are we looking for?

You may already be a successful Recruitment Consultant in Accountancy & Finance, or an experienced recruiter from another specialist market.

We’re looking for someone who has demonstrated the ability to win clients, develop relationships and generate revenue.
