The Senior Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Tewkesbury. This role involves providing expert advice on sales, lettings, and property-related services, guiding clients through the full property lifecycle from initial enquiry to completion.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing a portfolio of clients
- Conducting property valuations
- Preparing marketing materials
- Coordinating viewings and negotiations to achieve successful outcomes
- Maintaining accurate records
- Monitoring market trends
- Collaborating closely with branch colleagues, mortgage advisors, and property management teams to deliver an integrated service
The role also encompasses:
- Mentoring junior team members
- Contributing to branch performance targets
- Upholding Andrews’ commitment to ethical, community-focused business practices
Qualifications
- Strong client advisory and relationship management skills, with experience in estate agency, lettings, or property consultancy.
- Proficiency in property valuation, marketing of residential properties, and negotiation of offers and contracts.
- Solid understanding of local property markets, legal and regulatory considerations, and end-to-end sales and lettings processes.
- Effective communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust with diverse clients and stakeholders.
- Competence in using CRM systems, property portals, and standard office software to manage data and workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a fast-paced branch environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting performance targets.
- Previous experience in a senior or lead role within property or a related sector is highly beneficial.
- Relevant professional qualifications (e.g., property, real estate, or financial services) or equivalent experience are advantageous.
