Who we need

Reporting to a Senior Manager, we are hiring a Senior Consultant to join the Advisory team of a global commercial real estate organization in London. As our new Senior Consultant, you will lead the valuation management and review process for portfolios of commercial real estate assets across EMEA, partnering with leading institutional investors and financial organizations. You will combine your expertise in commercial real estate valuation with client relationship management, financial modelling, and project leadership to deliver high-quality valuation reviews while mentoring junior team members and contributing to the continued growth of the team.

This is an office-based role in London, with the flexibility to work from home up to two days per week.

What’s in it for you

  • International exposure. You will build your real estate advisory experience across commercial property portfolios throughout Europe and the broader EMEA region. Rather than focusing on a single local market, you will gain insight into different markets, asset types, and valuation approaches while working with leading institutional investors and financial organizations.
  • Meaningful client relationships. You will have direct exposure to sophisticated clients and play an active role in valuation discussions, portfolio reviews, and client meetings. You will strengthen your consulting and commercial skills while becoming a trusted partner who can translate complex valuation information into clear insights.
  • Variety and ownership. You will take ownership of complex client mandates from beginning to end, balancing technical valuation review with project leadership, stakeholder communication, and mentorship. With exposure to different portfolios, markets, and client needs, you will continue to broaden your expertise and take on increasingly complex work.
  • Professional growth. You will join an experienced, international team that values knowledge sharing and continuous learning. You will have opportunities to deepen your technical expertise, expand your understanding of commercial real estate markets across EMEA, and build your leadership capabilities through greater client ownership and mentorship responsibilities.

As our new Senior Consultant, you will:

  • Lead valuation reviews. You will oversee the valuation management and review process for commercial real estate portfolios across EMEA. You will take ownership of multiple client mandates, ensuring reviews and deliverables are accurate, consistent, and completed on schedule.
  • Partner with clients. You will build trusted relationships with clients, external valuers, and internal stakeholders. You will facilitate valuation discussions, present review findings, and help clients understand key valuation movements, assumptions, and portfolio risks.
  • Apply your valuation expertise. You will review ARGUS and Excel valuation models, assess discounted cash flow analyses, validate market assumptions, and identify potential risks. You will use your technical judgment to ensure valuation conclusions are well supported.
  • Turn analysis into insight. You will conduct market research, identify portfolio trends, assess property risk metrics, and prepare presentations and reports. You will translate complex valuation information into clear insights that support client decision-making.
  • Mentor and support others. You will share your technical knowledge and provide guidance and constructive feedback to junior colleagues. You will support workload planning and contribute to a collaborative environment where team members can learn from one another.
  • Continuously improve. You will stay current with evolving valuation methodologies, commercial real estate markets, and industry developments. You will contribute ideas and apply what you learn to strengthen processes, ways of working, and the quality of client delivery.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
