Lead the Discovery Phase for the Credit Card Integration Workstream

Ensure a structured approach to understanding business needs, system capabilities, and gaps.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyse and Compare:
    • Credit card products, features, processes, and customer journeys across both organisations.
  • Perform Detailed Functional Analysis:
    • Across core credit card domains such as payments, billing, transactions, authorisations, limits, collections, rewards, and customer servicing.
  • Assess System and Feature Differences:
    • Between the two banks, identifying integration challenges, dependencies, and opportunities for consolidation.
  • Define and Document:
    • Business requirements, functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
  • Support Design:
    • Target operating model and overall integration roadmap.
  • Facilitate Discussions:
    • Workshops, requirement walkthroughs, and design discussions with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Support Creation of Integration Roadmap:
    • Highlighting sequencing, risks, and decision points.
