Senior Implementation Consultant
SS&C Advent is seeking a Senior Business Consultant to join the EZE OMS Consulting team. We are looking for a candidate who has a proven track record in financial technology or a related discipline and can provide excellent service to our clients in the investment industry.

What You Will Get To Do:
- Deliver high-quality business and technical consulting services as part of client implementation projects.
- Analyse client business processes and requirements to design and implement efficient workflows using SS&C Advent solutions.
- Configure systems, testing, documentation, and user training to ensure successful project delivery.
- Act as the Implementation Consultant for assigned project deliverables or lead end-to-end implementations for smaller engagements.
- Advise clients on system enhancements, technology integrations, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction throughout project delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across multiple regions and travel when required to support client implementations.

What You Will Bring:
- 5 to 10 years’ experience in a financial or technology setting
- Experience in Order management platforms, like Eze OMS or similar
- Experience in consulting, financial software implementation, asset management, fund accounting, or a similar client-facing environment.
- Strong understanding of the investment management industry, including trade lifecycle, investment operations, customer onboarding, advisory/discretionary models, and performance reporting.
- Knowledge of financial instruments including equities, fixed income, funds, derivatives, and private equity.
- Technical knowledge of MS SQL.
- Excellent communication, documentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Commerce, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
