Senior Power Platform Consultant
Remote | UK (London commute as required by client) | Full-Time
About the Role
Our client is a fast-growing Microsoft Partner operating at the forefront of AI enablement and intelligent business transformation. They work with enterprise clients across the UK to deploy practical AI solutions, build internal capability, and drive measurable business outcomes across the full Microsoft AI stack. As they continue to scale their delivery function, they are looking for a Senior Power Platform Consultant to take a lead role in shaping and delivering AI-enabled solutions for clients across a range of sectors, including financial services.
This is a client-facing consulting role where you will lead the design, architecture and delivery of solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI, working closely with consultants, architects and AI specialists to translate complex client requirements into scalable, production-ready platforms. The role is remote-first, but you'll need to be able to travel to London when client engagements require it.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design and architecture of solutions across Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Dataverse, ensuring they meet enterprise-grade governance and scalability standards.
- Own client relationships throughout the delivery lifecycle, from discovery workshops and solution design through to deployment and adoption.
- Architect automated workflows that integrate Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365 and third-party systems via APIs and connectors.
- Translate complex or ambiguous business requirements into clear technical strategies, advising clients on best practice across the Power Platform.
- Lead the development and extension of Copilot Studio agents and AI-powered workflows integrated with the broader Microsoft ecosystem.
- Oversee testing, quality assurance and performance optimisation across project deliverables, setting standards for the wider delivery team.
- Mentor and provide technical guidance to Power Platform Developers, supporting their growth and ensuring consistency of delivery quality.
- Lead client adoption activity including stakeholder workshops, documentation, training and handover.
- Contribute to and help shape internal delivery frameworks, accelerators and reusable component libraries.
- Support pre-sales activity where required, including solution scoping and technical input into proposals.
- Stay ahead of Microsoft platform updates, new features and evolving best practice within the Power Platform and Copilot ecosystem.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
