About the role

We are looking for a Senior Consultant to join our growing EMEA team. This is a client-facing role where you will work closely with customers to understand their business challenges, shape solutions and deliver measurable value through Syncron’s technology.

You will combine strong consulting skills, business understanding and technical knowledge to help customers optimise their aftermarket logistics and service parts operations.

You will work closely with customers, Sales, Solution Consulting, Product, Engineering and Professional Services teams throughout the customer lifecycle.

What would you do?

  • Lead customer engagements from discovery through solution design, implementation, training and value realisation. Build strong customer relations.
  • Work with customers to understand their business processes, challenges, objectives and strategic priorities.
  • Translate business requirements into practical and scalable solutions using Syncron’s products and capabilities.
  • Provide domain expertise and strategic consulting across areas such as supply chain planning and inventory management for service parts. Become a trusted advisor.
  • Analyse customer data and processes to identify opportunities for efficiency, cost reduction, revenue growth and improved customer service.
  • Develop recommendations, business cases and roadmaps that clearly demonstrate the value of proposed solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops, requirements sessions and presentations with customer stakeholders at both operational and senior levels.

Who you are? / What we expect:

  • 5+ years of experience in consulting, professional services, solution consulting, business analysis or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers, ideally within SaaS, software or technology environments.
  • Experience from supply chain planning and inventory management.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical solutions.
  • Experience working with data, business analysis and process optimisation.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence working with both technical and senior business audiences.
  • Excellent presentation, facilitation and communication skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes and ROI.
