Role Summary
The Senior Consultant, Advertising leads the end-to-end delivery of integrated advertising campaigns across P&O Cruises, owning media planning, creative delivery and production to support brand and commercial objectives. The role works closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure advertising activity is insight-led, compliant, on-brand and performance-driven, using data and optimisation to improve campaign effectiveness and commercial return.
Key Accountabilities
- Deliver end-to-end media plans and integrated advertising campaigns, optimizing channel mix, investment and performance to achieve brand and commercial objectives.
- Monitor and optimise campaign performance against agreed KPIs, providing analysis, insight and recommendations to improve future planning and investment decisions.
- Lead large-scale advertising shoots and productions, overseeing all stages from planning and testing through to post-production delivery.
- Manage the delivery and optimisation of creative assets across advertising channels, ensuring activity is compliant, on-brand and effective.
- Work collaboratively with agencies and internal stakeholders to align advertising activity with campaign objectives, brand standards and commercial priorities.
- Use performance data, audience insight and testing to drive continuous improvement and support a joined-up full-funnel marketing approach.

Essential Experience Required
- Extensive media planning and execution experience across a range of paid media channels.
- A clear understanding of advertising practices and techniques.
- Previous experience in leading large TV shoots and associated production.
- A comprehensive understanding of advertising regulatory frameworks, Clearcast and platform-specific compliance.
- Project management/co-ordination experience.
- Experience of working at management level.
- Excellent influencing skills.
- Extensive experience working on a large B2C piece of business from client side, including briefing, approval and production processes.
- Experience of managing large budgets.
- Experience of planning and delivering communications TTL.
- Experience of creative production across AV media including TV, press, OOH, display, radio, door drops, cinema and social media.
